Q: Where is my order?

A: Our distribution team send orders out weekly. Any orders made before 5pm Wednesday will be sent out on Friday. Orders made after 5pm on Wednesday will be sent out the following Friday. Please keep in mind that standard letter postage with Australia Post can take 2-9 business days for delivery.

Q: When are the 2027 subscriptions available?

A: The AFL Record subscriptions for the 2027 season will be available to order late 2026.

Q: What is my tracking number?

A: Standard shipping does not come with a tracking number.

Q: I can’t find what I want to order on the website

A: If the product isn’t on the website, then there isn’t any in stock available Online.
